Ash Tree by Alexander Konstantinov sculpture opening

September 21, 2019, 4:00pm – 6:00pm

We invite everyone to join us for the opening of The Ash Tree, a sculpture by Alexander Konstantinov.

Since Alexander’s unexpected passing a few months ago, the sculpture has symbolically become his memorial.

In addition to his role as the main architect of TurnPark, several of his sculptures were installed this year on the park grounds. With this sculpture opening and memorial event we want to celebrate Alexander’s life, work and the incredible impact he has made on the park and West Stockbridge.

Alexander Konstantinov's daughter Julia Tulovsky (curator of the Russian art collection of the Zimmerly Art Museum at Rutgers University) will talk and give a video presentation about Konstantinov's architectural projects around the world.

We hope you will join us to celebrate Alexander’s brilliant personality and talent.

Light snacks and drinks will be served.

This is a free event.
